The album opens with Conversations With St. Yared and closes with Dance of Diversity; The Nomadic Herder and My Refuge are among the tracks in between. The label says it was recorded in Addis Ababa, and its Bandcamp notes trace the project to a March 2020 meeting at the Fendika Cultural Center between Cooper and Atangana co-founder Thomas Vicente.
